The club offers a relaxed and very comfortable atmosphere for delegates and trainers alike. We have a number of rooms available which hold up to 200 delegates. With on site catering an Offsted registered crèche facility and luxurious health spa facilities Bicester Country Club can tailor the ideal package for any corporate needs.
The Windsor room can accommodate up to 150 delegates theatre style, the scenic Hayloft can accommodate up to 60 and the Ascot suit can accommodate up to 50 delegates, Theatre style. The three Break out rooms can be made available if needed and also accommodate groups of 2 to 16 people.

Included in all our packages is the use of flipchart, overhead projectors and marker pens. We can also provide an LCD projector, laptop computer, television and video/DVD player upon request. All our rooms have telephone points and free wireless internet.
