At Bicester Country Club we boast 7 Rooms available for hire for a variety of functions.
We are licensed to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies for up to 50 people and can cater for functions of up to 180.
This is the Windsor room; our largest for a formal wedding reception it can seat up to 160. For other types of events it can hold up to 200. The room can be used for any type of function and has its own toilets and bar.
Above is the Ascot room. This can be used for smaller parties of up to 50. This room can also be used for conferences and seminars. Here it is seen laid out in classroom style.
Our Boardroom can be used for groups of up to 16.
Finally, our new restaurant annex can be used for many things including private dinner parties or luncheons.
We also have three smaller meeting rooms suitable for small meetings or interviews.
